Beginning in September 2013, Izbicki Family Medicine is excited to pioneer Erie's 1st insurance-medical practice, known as Direct Primary Care. As a Direct Primary Care Practice, we operate on a monthly membership, which you can have unlimited access to your private physician without worrying about paying co-payments, coinsurances or deductibles because you do not need to pay extra when you are concerned about your health. Because we will be an insurance-free practice, we will offer many services free of charge, in order to maximize your health. We will be offering wholesale medications, lab tests and discounted radiology services, which will be of substantial savings to you!
