Membership Options and Insurance Details
We are a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice which means we are an insurance-free medical practice. This, however, does NOT mean that those of you with insurance cannot be members. It simply means that we will no longer bill or collect payment directly from insurances for your care. We will simply require an annual membership fee, paid monthly, to be a patient in our practice. The membership will cover our costs of providing care to you and your family. This also means that you will no longer be required to pay us copayments/coinsurances/deductibles for care we provide through our office. Your heallth insurance can still be used for vaccinations. The memberships are otherwise all-inclusive. There are NO additional per visit charges. Membership will be available for individuals, couples, and families. The membership is not insurance nor a substitute for insurance. In order to provide our patients with the highest possible level of quality, personalized care, membership in our practice will be limited.
